The management was not helpful at all, when I told them I left a bag of jewelry in the room. They said they did not find it and could not do anything to help me. They also said it eas not easy to identify who cleaned the room. I am certain they found the jewelry and decided to keep it.

Beautiful location. Great suites with awesome views of the sunrise. Great base point for exploring the Atlantic and northern parts of Martinique. The restaurant serves delicious food but is run inefficiently (long waits!) so consider eating elsewhere or getting room service. Poolside area is relaxing but beach is way too windy so head out to calmer areas on the island for your beach time.

Hotel und Franzosen lieben Kleinkinder (bei uns ca. 20% der Gäste). Wir hatten es 2 Wochen vor Ostern als Wellnessoase bzw. Spa gebucht und fanden keine Ruhe. Alles bis zum Alter von 10 Jahren sollte in keinem Wellness-Hotel sein.
Der Restaurantservice ist unterirdisch und macht leider die Klasse der Küche zunichte. Ein wirklich unorganisierter Haufen !!
Das trifft nicht auf den Zimmer oder Grünanlagenservice zu.
Wer schwimmen möchte, muß in den einzigen Pool und das eher abends wenn alle Kinder draussen sind. Bis zum vorgelagerten Riff sind es ca. 200 m und es wird nur maximal hüfttief.
Für die Tierfreunde: Es gibt hier keine bunten Vögel bzw. Fische zu sehen.

Horrible stay. There is no staff, the place is not clean, the water bacs are dirty and the water bowl for the pool to clean your feet just is filthy. The bar and the restaurant only open at 7:30 so if you want to eat early after your flight stay awake. For the meals there is no choice. The main meal is 50 euros for only two options and the food isn’t even good. The kids meal is 25 euros for a burger and cold chips. You’re better off getting yourself a Mac Donald’s it’s the same taste. The room is not clean with lots of dust, the water in the shower keeps dripping, we couldn’t turn it off. The WiFi is bad. For 200 euros a night it is not worth it, go find another hotel, you don’t get what you paid.
