Friendly staff. Miguel at the front desk was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The bar at the hotel was good. Our room was so dark and there weren't enough lights that we had trouble looking for things. Other British guests mentioned the same issue with not enough lights in their room as well.

Beautifu hotel with great amenities. One of the best spa near chamonix! Nice clean rooms and a marvellous fireplace! Love it!

The hotel is fantastic. Room rates are a great value, right around $100. The view from the hotel is fantastic. The rooms themselves are quiet. The bed is large and comfortable. There is a tiny fridge meant to sell goodies you can use for yourself. Swimming pool and hot tub were great (though hot tub could be warmer). Breakfast was crazy good. So much selection, we stayed five nights and looked forward to it each time. Staff were extremely friendly. Also, the only free car park in Chamonix was near by. Having to pay extra to stay at hotel would have been a bummer, but I understand it.

Cool and spacious reception area. Guest room and bathroom are tiny. Beds are clean and comfortable. Next to the bus station. The dim lighting may not be suitable for senior guests.

4 stars on balance because I thought the restaurant and food was very impressive. Other aspects let the hotel down. The rooms are contemporary but small, and a little too sombre. The staff are mostly pleasant, but the guys in the bar/lounge pretty disinterested.

Absolutely delightful. The stay is comfortable and cosy. The staff are friendly. Breakfast spread which is charged extra is very good. They also have cycles which can be borrowed. Nice way to explore the small little town of Chamonix. The hotel is centrally located.

Lovely stay so far- thoroughly enjoyed the spa area with outdoor hot tub, pool as well as sauna and steam room. The room has a view out over the mountains and is decorated with some nice, modern alpine/chalet decor features, and a small balcony. Bed is large and comfy. (The only odd thing is the separate toilet and bathroom where the toilet is small and dark with no ventilation). Hotel staff appear friendly. Not let used the bar/restaurant, but hotel is generally nice quilality and very easily reached by road, but within wandering distance of cable car)main shops etc.

Pleasant staff, nice rooms! I loved the slightly weird alpine look of the rooms (we had a plastic moosehead in the room!). Plenty of space in the room itself and very clean. As a guest we had access to the spa as well for free! Which is absolutely excellent. And it is really quite close to the town centre. Overall a damn good place
