Ignore the part nearest the main entrance and head to the rear for views and peaceful clean gardens

A must see when you're in Nîmes. Perfect for relaxing, walking and enjoying the beautiful scenery. It is very tidy, well-kept and contains historic Roman elements. When climb to the top and climb the Tour Magne, you get a fantastic panorama of the city and the area.

Nice, very quiet and interesting park in Nimes.
Here, apart from the fountains and the park, the remains of the Roman temple of Diana and the Roman tower are the most interesting.

Nice gardens for a walk. It has quite a few sculptures.
On the weekend, kids can ride poneys or bikes.

A well- curated and well spaced park. One side has a hill on it with maze-like paths winding through the hill while the rest of the park is quite open. Statues are dotted throughout the park.

Really nice gardens to walk through on the way to Tour Magne. Hilly and busy but still very quiet because of all the tree cover. Lots of Roman ruins to see in it too!

Beautiful 17th century gardens with a Roman Temple to Diana near the back, walk up the hill to the Roman fort built on top of a Gaulish camp

Great garden separated in 4 gardens, with a neat view from the tower. Cost is €6 per adult. Great alternative to the Duke's castle visit.

Overall this was one of my favorite parks in France. It's a must see if you're in Nimes.

Very well laid out garden park and must be visited by everyone. Surprisingly clean everywhere, quiet setting and very pleasant place to stroll around or just relax. Scenic.

Free and a good place to stroll just watch out for dust clouds on a windy day. There are also activities for children and other points of interest scattered across the gardens.
