If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Disgusting service. Never again and I'm half inclined to give up on having my sofa delivered to request a refund.

Honestly, the most appalling customer service I have ever received. They have lied to us multiple times on the phone about when our sofa will be delivered and not listened to instructions. The man on the phone would not let me speak, talking over me and telling me I was wrong and that it's not their fault I wasn't in when they tried to deliver our sofa the first time, after me clearly stating nobody would be in after 12.30 pm. I hear nothing from them before or on the day, no confirmation, like I was told I'd get on the phone, and I get a call in the LATE AFTERNOON to tell me they're outside. On the first phone call, I was told if not Wednesday it would be Friday. On Thursday they say they can no longer do Friday but can do Saturday and the latest, they tell me it can only be next week. Every phone call is ended with 'I'll call you back in 5 minutes' when something is needed to be resolved and they just do not bother to call back, so we are constantly chasing them.

Petite visite de la boutique cette après midi avec des amis et j'ai découvert un magasin assez riche en articles avec des tarifs assez raisonnables et un équipe agréable, aidante et souriante... Surtout une certaine Constance qui ébloui le magasin à elle seule !

Tout est superbe dans cette boutique. Il y a du choix pour toutes les décorations et tous les intérieurs. J'explique ma faible note par le fait que les vendeurs ne disent pas bonjour et nous prennent de haut quand on rentre dans le magasin. Ça ne me donne pas du tout envie d'y repartir !
