They do not communicate with their customers. Just doing bare minimum ,which is frustrating . You will not receive any service or attention from their staff. Shipping takes forever. Questions remain unanswered. Terrible. Only buy from this auction if you like to feel frustrated, be ignored and overcharged.

Don't bid via internet in their auctions. It took months for me to get my lot. You have to come and collect, else you got a problem. No answers on my requests. Desastrous.

To get your small Lot shipped will take over a month. Meanwhile the price quote for shipping would take 3 weeks. When you receive the shipping quote, the price will be 4 times what the actual shipping cost. As tempting as their sales are, they run more sales than they can handle, they are inefficient and understaffed and thus unreliable. Communication via e-mail or phone is non-existent, they simply do not reply or don't pick up the phone.

Nul, pièces vendues en dessous du droit de réserve sans autorisation du vendeur, comptabilité incompétente, 5 mois d'attente pour un solde de compte
