This museum is particularly family friendly, good for a school outing or a late night visit once a year when they organise midnight tours. The gardens around are beautiful the museum, is great.. if you're ten years old.

Amazing place. I only speak a little french but the exhibits are nonetheless amazing. Really comprehensive and you can easily spend 2 to 3 hours in here. Must go for museum buffs.

One of the best structured natural history museum I've ever seen. Recently renovated, fatties a good collection and finds a good balance for a half day visit.

Kids would love it, nice place. At the same time be ready to answer lots of queries from your kid, there are lots of animal skeleton and carcass.

Great museum about natural history! Especially loved the video explaining Pangea and the shifting of the continents. Also have a huuuuuge selection of animal specimens. Not much in English through the museum so if you don't read French well it might be advisable to get an English audio tour.

Excellent natural history museum that is accessible to all ages. Permanent collection is diverse and interesting, with frequent workshops and activities and events for kids, plus a kids' reading room and a kids' discovery room. Exhibitions are well designed and creative as well as thorough and informative. And there is also a library for studying in and an excellent restaurant and botanical garden!

Wow, there was a lot to take in! Even if your French isn't all that good, the exhibits are done well enough to speak for themselves.

It is great museum, with some info in Spanish and English, but mostly in French. The gardens in the middle November were a little bit dry and messy... Anyway it deserves a couple of hours.

Museum have large collection of bones, and quite nice rocks.
Fossils collection is not very impresive.
Outside of the museum is nice gardens.

Staff is very helpful. They are really eager to show you the collection and chat about their exhibitions. A great plus for this great museum.

Loved the collection here. It is a great place to visit for all ages, be it children, mid adults or even older adults. The place has something for everyone. The made up pieces, few originals, everything.. the second floor has the animal stages of life brilliantly displayed. The animals and the categories are something you will have to spend a lot of time into. There is no hurry, the bone sculptures are really well maintained. The price is reasonable, not out of the box. At the end, you'll come out feeling that what you got is worth the money spent.
