If it were possible I would put 3.5 stars but it's not so I am rounding up. The concept is excellent. The food is uneven - some good, the cocktails, for example, and some not so good - the bread we had with our meal was not fresh. Also, the seats were not comfortable. Perhaps it is best to stick with the deserts and fruit-based menu items.

Although it is a nice and comfortable place, it's unaceptable to serve a 7€ "Nutella" whatever ice cream with a litle bit of Nutella and melted ice cream. The waiter didn't help as well. He tried to serve us a coconut ice cream that nobody ordered.

I'm not usually a one-star reviewer, but this place is horrendous. We had to go to a second restaurant to get an edible meal. Took ten minutes to get waited on after waiving at two waiters to take our order. Water glasses were absolutely filthy, covered in dried pieces of food. They forgot the appetizer all together. Brought out the food after another 40 minutes and it was stark cold. We told the waiter the food was cold and she put my shrimp and sandwich in the microwave and brought it back to me. Inedible. We were charged full price for everything. The only thing that was good was my lemonade. The rest, doesn't even pass as food. AVOID!

Friend recommended I visit and she was not wrong... Only thing was the timing of service... It all just took so long. Took a while to get seated, took some more time to have your order taken... Food took just as long to come up and my chips were lukewarm I suspect from being on the counter for too long, I refuse to believe that a chef would serve lukewarm chips. All in all I was in the establishment for quite sometime and most of that time was not spent eating I can tell you that. This place is renowned for its ice cream and they do not disappoint. If you can patiently look past the prolonged wating periods you in for a treat.

Service is really bad, but food is alright and desserts and fruit smoothies are great. Pricey though
