We ordered soup and coffee for lunch after a walk around the city (formula costs €9) and a basket of bread came out while we waited, that was devoured and delicious. The soup that followed was perfect for a cold day. I am fussy when it comes to coffee, but my espresso did not disappoint - it was also spot on. I lost all discipline and ordered a tiramisu (my husband ordered a 'Saint Honore' (sp?), and, oh man! I have found the best tiramisu in the world!

You are greeted by fabulous looking, mouth watering pastries. Service is fast and with a smile. Would definitely come back even though I've probably added inches to the waist line.......

An absolute must if you're in Avignon. You will be spoiled for choice in this city but you should drop in for a meal or even just a pastry and some coffee. Beautifully set out cakes and pastries, warm, friendly staff, and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Start your eating tour of Avignon here and you will be impressed.

Kind and caring staff. A bit pricey but still acceptable for the really nice quality desserts!

No doubt the best patisserie in the South of France. Very much in the present of French cake: modern takes on classics ; low sugar ; creative. Nice looking store and good prices compared to Paris

The food is not bad, place is nicely presented but the staff are very arrogant with a careless attitude. I am french so I spoke french and asked the staff member what was in one of the tarts as there was no display card. She bluntly told me it's a tart. I had to ask her again what was in it as she didn't answer my question. She responded quite rudely as if I were bothering her. I then asked if we could order a hot chocolate and she told me they don't have any. We sat down to eat our desserts and looked at the drinks menu to order something else, then we saw hot chocolate on the menu. We asked again as she told us initially they don't serve it, then she told us they had run out very rudely. We've been here 30mins and staff are yet to approach our table to ask if we would like something to drink or offer some water. To the arrogant staff, please educate yourselves on common courtesy and customer service, or work elsewhere if you hate your job so much.
