This hotel was great! The staff was kind and the room was nice. Others who reviewed this hotel complained about it being in a bad area, but I didn't think it was very bad. The area *was* a bit run down, and didn't have much to see, but it didn't feel unsafe. It's also convenient to be so close to the train station to catch early trains/buses!

Comfortable, clean well-equipped apartment. Helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Hotel conveniently situated for city sight-seeing/shopping and the old port. Near the station with good connections to the airport.

Good stay. Liked location next to train station to make day trips to Provence region. Immediate surrounding area is a little sketchy when you first arrive but you learn quick how to go about and get to main port very quick. Hotel well maintained and staff very friendly. Suite room very cramp with three people but nice to have kitchen. Recommend for budget travelers looking to explore outside city.

Convenient if arriving by train 10 minutes walk from St Charles station.15 - 20 walk to vieux harbour area . Rooms are of a good standard
Sound proofing is good , kitchen area is small but adequate for​ a short stay. I would stay here
Again if visiting Marseille .

Excellent place - well located 5 minutes from train station, our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff was well trained, efficient dealt with our queries very swiftly.

Good hotel for a couple nights stay. The room was comfortable and clean .The worst part is the parking outside the hotel in underground lot .We drove SUV end parking in separate locked compartment wasn’t easy task.

Residhome is in a convenient location in Marseille close to Porte d'Aix and Panier. The surroundings aren't very safe and for this reason access to garage and hotel lobby are strict. This gave us the inconvenient of stopping the car in the street waiting for check-in. Garage for some reason isn't connected to the hotel. Our room was very small but clean, corridor not as much. I guess it is good value for its price.
