We booked in for a wine tasting and were given a tour of the winery followed by a tasting of all 4 styles of wine together with small food pairings; it's amazing how food changes the taste of the wine. We came away with a few cases of organic wine to get us through our holiday and a few to take home too as it was so delicious and reasonably priced.

12 of us turned up with very little notice. We received a friendly welcome from Amanda and David, followed by a wine-tasting and tour of the winemaking facilities. Amanda clearly had great knowledge of and passion for wine whilst answering our relentless questions!

4 of us visited the NV after giving 48 hours notice by email. David was a patient, knowledgeable and attentive host. We walked the estate, looking at the vines. We saw the next step in the NV's evolution - a dilapidated barn which will be transformed in time to host weddings from next year (2018). We saw the equipment that processes and stores the wine. Then finally, we tasted the product itself. Exquisite! A beautiful setting. An amazing and inspirational couple. We wished we had stayed for food. We also wish we had more room in the car to take more wine home. Thank you NV for a memorable and enjoyable afternoon. Our fingers are crossed for your harvest.

David & Amanda were very welcoming and knowledgeable and their wine is superb - my favourite was the Rosé
