Very helpful and well-manned tourist area. They even provided info on the best châteaux and things for the children to do.

We were told to book chateau tours in advance which saved us so much money. €15 per person and it €90+

Very helpful, friendly staff (with good English for anyone with a tenuous grasp of French). They have free maps and a self-guided walking tour, and they sell tickets for the guided tour (in French or English) of the underground church.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! If you are looking at organizing a wine tasting and haven't planned ahead, I recommend that you go here.

Great place to call in at, very helpful multilingual staff and free Wi-Fi. Also excellent printed tourist information, maps etc.

Book your guided tour of the catacombs and church here. It's an information packed tour delivered by a well spoken français, No problems to understand. There will be about 40 people on the tour- so don't be surprised by the unsupervised brats with their parents.
It lasts 1h5m.
You'll be one of just 10% of tourists to visit the inside of the church.

Didn't find the staff to be overly helpful to English-speaking guests. Unlike most tourist offices, there were no toilets on site. You had to pay to use one elsewhere.

Incredibly helpful staff to help you select the best tours and attractions to visit. There's so much to do and see in this town.
