Nos han engañado y cobrado en la tarjeta por defectos que ya habían en la habitación. El trato ha sido horrible, parece que odien a los españoles. No se li recomiendo a nadie.

Do NOT book through this agency. I went on a holiday to Val Thorens with 7 other friends and they made us pay an €800 deposit on an average apartment. They reassured us that the €800 would be given back at the end of the holiday or that a small amount could be taken if any damage was done to the apartment. We broke one cheap glass from the cabinet by accident and they took the whole €800. They are currently not responding to any emails adn refuse to explain why they took the whole sum of money. I would strongly encourage anyone to book witha different agency and avoid this place and their website as it is a scam!

The staff was adorable and friendly, we got our deposit back right after we left, and we'll come back for sure!

TRES FORTEMENT déçus par notre location, et par le comportement de l'agence et de la propriétaire de notre appartement (Chalet le Quartz). Quelques désagréments pour illustrer :

- Enfin, la poignée de la porte vitrée d'accès sur le balcon est cassée à notre arrivée : ce n'est pas grave : nous ne l'ouvrirons pas pour ne pas risquer de ne pouvoir la refermer.

Rental office for simple apartments in Val Thorens.

Bref : ce n'est pas grave :
- la location n'était pas onéreuse (Ah si !)
- l'accueil chaleureux a compensé ces deux ou trois malfaçons (Ah non !)

- Seulement 5 tasses à café : ce n'est pas grave : nous pouvons le prendre à tour de rôle.

- Appareil à raclette présent dans l'appartement : nous voilà très heureux de pouvoir "compenser" nos petites mésaventures : malheureusement, après avoir installé notre bon fromage sur la table, nous sortons ledit appareil, qui ne comprend que trois poêlons sur les 8... : Appel de l'agence : "estimez vous heureux : cet appareil n'est pas dans l'inventaire : il est en "extra" !"

- Une des douches a une évacuation bouchée : ce n'est pas grave : on peut fermer la porte de la douche... (Ah non, elle ferme mal : 2 cm d'eau dans la chambre)

- en tout et pour tout : 10 assiettes (pour un appartement pour 8) : ce n'est pas grave : on peut faire tourner le lave vaisselle à chaque repas... (Ah non, il ne fonctionne pas !)

- le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas : non réparable pendant le séjour (ce n'est pas grave : nous allons faire un effort et faire notre vaisselle à la main)

Stay away- Staff rude and unfriendly, properties are average and overpriced. Watch out when paying a deposit you will not get it back regardless of how you treat the place.

Bref : PLUS JAMAIS...
