In our vacation our car was broken and two glasses were damaged. We had the glasses repaired in this car house. When I gave the car for repair, I pointed out to remove the bits of broken glass inside the car during the repair, whereupon the employee assured me that this was self-evident.
When I picked up the car a week later, I noticed that the bits of glass inside in the car were not removed and additional to that there were black fingerprints on the bright fabric interiors around the windows that were not there before.
When I spoke to the employee, he said that the glasses haven't been repaired by them, but at a Citroen-Workshop nearby and that they are responsible for the dirt tracks. He told me to go over to them and they would clean it off.

Vérification du véhicule non faite avant la vente, les points de contrôles devant être fait on été négligés, sur une voiture qui a seulement 1 an et demi...
Problème de parallélisme etc...
Pas sérieux !
On vous met de la paumade avant l’achat, une fois le contrat de vente signé, on se moque de vous...

Attention ! Un manque de sérieux total ! J'ai du changer mon pneus sur une Volkswagen Polo. J'ai du attendre 2 semaines pour un pneu.
Heureusement que je suis allé vérifier la pression des pneus au total d'accoter car il y avait un trop gonflé et l'autre sous gonflé à l'avent !
Alors qu'il savais que je devais remontée dans le Nord soit 1000 km !

Had excellent service there today when we turned up with our Touareg which was making a horrible noise. All fixed. Thanks Christophe and the team!

I am very disappointed with the service. Firstly, agreements are not followed, then my car from the inside is additionally filthy and I still have to take care of the removal of the dirt by myself. This is not my understanding of service. I can highly not recommend this car house.

Unhelpful people I had a problem with my golf and I did not feel welcome at all, bad mood in all the employees. Looking at my and my wife above their shoulders and not giving us any solution at all. If you have a car breakdown you'd better don't spoil your time in going there.

Catastrophique. Achat d'une voiture présente sur le parc. Au moment de la livraison la voiture n'avait même pas été nettoyé.
Pire. La voiture avait des défaut de carrosserie non présent au moment de la réservation. Ayant déjà récupérer les clefs et malgré de nombreuses discussions avec le responsable du centre. Rien ne nous a été proposer malgré nos nombreuses demande. Si au bout de 2 semaine on nous a proposer le nettoyage des phares, chose qui est de l'ordre du standard dans bien des concession, à fuir!

Très bon accueil, j'y fais entretenir ma voiture depuis plusieurs années et le service client est plutôt satisfaisant bien que les prix soient parfois surprenant (entretiens vw).
Mention spéciale à Maxime.V super vendeur qui saura vous conseiller sur un véhicule adapté à vos attentes.
J'y achèterais sans doute ma prochaine voiture.
