Great place, one the best airport in Europe.

AF rebooked the next flight and issued out meal vouchers.

Air France flight from Dulles (delayed departure 1 hour) arriving CDG Terminal 2E at 910am. AF was great advising passengers about the delay however this seemed to be a surprise to staff at CDG as we waited on the taxiway for 30 min for a gate to become available.

So we had to wait for 30 minutes for it to be washed and brought back.

Front desk staff is very nice, however, the garage folks are lazy people. They gave us a CLA (black) with water marks on it!! Someone didn't bother drying the vehicle after washing it.

Passport control is poorly marked and not properly staffed to manage the amount of people that flow through. Security staff showed obvious signs of be overwhelmed and were not communicating with each other. They also falsely stated that airlines were aware of delays at passport control and were delaying departures. After 2 hours it took to get through security, I arrived at my departure gate 10 minutes after the scheduled departure to find out there was no intention to delay flights.
