I love the 24 hours of Le Mans. It's my favorite race. Here are my tips: 1) It's always held on Father's Day, and children under 16 are free (with ID). 2) If possible, stay overnight. It's cooler, and the cars are beautiful at night. 3) If you join the ACO club, you get a discount on race tickets, but, more importantly, you get access to the club facilities with clean restrooms & practically no waiting. 4) If you drive to the race from Paris, there will be huge traffic jams both coming and going. 5) Classic Le Mans every other year to see old & not so old cars "race". 6) Nice museum too. 7) Tickets are now registered in your name, so you can't give them away. This year I hurt my back & was stuck with my tickets. 8) Bring a radio. You can listen to Radio Le Mans in English. Enjoy!

A must see for any motorsport fan! The museum has some amazing cars too. If you ever have a chance to see the Le Mans 24 do it!

I've been here many times and my father lives walking distance from the track. I love the noise and the smell of both the cars and the bikes, especially the noise of the cars at night during the 24 hours. I assisted once as a steward at the track side at night. Fantastic. And I ride bikes so being a part of the whole experience is great... nothing beats it.

Oh my word.....do it!! Just go,find a way...totally amazing experience!! As a die hard racing fan this was my 1st venture away from the UK and I will certainly be going again in 2018
