Construido en 1835 sobre el lugar que se ubicaba el antiguo Hôtel-Dieu, un hospital para enfermos y necesitados.
El edificio es semejante con otros Palacios de Justicia de Francia del siglo XIX. Grandes columnas y el consiguiente frontón. Destruido en gran parte durante la primera guerra mundial y muy bien restaurado hoy alberga la Instancia y el Tribunal de Comercio.
En 1906 fue destruida la gendarmería y cárcel que se ubicaban en su parte posterior.
