I really confused why this kind of people can work in ambassy..no attitude, no manner and no passion at all to help, to give best consule and sugestion.
They don't know how to help their own citizen or foreigner..They just trained to said "yes" or " no"..That's it.. I am Very proud to be indonesian..and this ambassy help me so muuucccchhh...I would give zero star if I could..Wish they read all the comment and improve their services qualities.

Autant vous dire qu'ils ne méritent même pas une étoile. J'ai appelé l'ambassade pour rendre service à une amie indonésienne, et le monsieur qui m'a répondu au téléphone était désagréable à souhait, exécrable et j'en passe.
Je demandais par rapport à des documents envoyés à l'ambassade qui auraient été perdus, il m'a texto dit "je ne sais pas qui vous êtes, c'est comme si je vous disais que je suis le fils de Hollande" et il m'a raccroché au nez.
Merci monsieur de vous montrer plus aimable, et j'aurai compris qu'il n'était pas nécessaire d'insister si vous ne m'aviez pas parlé de la sorte. Un simple "je suis désolée madame, nous ne pouvons communiquer ces infos" auraient suffit.
Bref....

Horrible service with a very rude and useless employee on the phone. They couldn't even answer a simple question and insisted that I go on the website (again) even though I told them that it is out of date. Extremely incompetent.

Lorsque l'on demande des précisions sur des informations présentes sur le site internet concernant les visas, les personnes travaillant à l'ambassade sont incapable de donner des précisions. Leur incompétence est flagrante et mon interlocuteur m'a demandé mon nom et menacé de ne pas me délivrer de visa pour une soit disant impolitesse. Outré de leur incroyable incompétence et manque de professionnalisme. Ne mérite pas une étoile.

They do not even deserve 1 star! Useless and impolite ! Since 5 years I've been dealing with this embassy and they never changed. I'm ashamed of being Indonesian because of these people; you work there and paid by the citizen? But you cannot even answer a phone with MANNER and help the citizen? You want people to visit your country but you never HELP the tourist?? Never answer the phone in manner, hang up the phone before people get information they need and without saying "Good bye/good afternoon/bla bla". You think if you're working in an embassy and lives outside Indonesia makes you the best person in the country?? Shame on you. Don't be so pretentious! I think the government should fire all these people and replace them with more polite and dedicated employees, THE WORST EMBASSY in the world i found so far.
