Rather nasty attitude, attempted to rent me a car that was all beat up (i'm talking about a door with 3 inch deep and 3 foot long dent) and scratches on every single panel and most of the damage was missing from their damage inspection sheet. Take your own pictures ladies and gents.... at the end they provided a different rental and proceeded to act as if they are doing a great favor by renting a normal car. Perhaps it was just one clerk, but overall, disappointing. 2 starts since we got the car and were able to travel as planned. Wasted an hour for all of all this, should have been a 10 minute process.

Agents at pick-up location were dishonest. Asked me to sign an informal document giving permission to charge the entire cost of the car on my credit card if it was damaged, because I did not pay for europcar insurance. The form required my credit card number and made me feel very insecure. This procedure was not disclosed to me previously by email nor was it in the terms and conditions of the rental. Clearly a tactic to waste my time and con me into paying for insurance when my credit card covered any damage to the rental car.

Ayant moins de 25 ans j'ai payer presque 150 euros en plus d'assurance "complémentaire". Sans compter l'autre assurance en cas d'accident responsable. Pour 5 jours 350 euros. Belle Polo, je la chouchoute et la rend impeccable. Suite à la réception d'une contravention (45euros) , je constate qu'Europcar m'a prélevé 30euros directement sur mon compte. Frais de dossier mon c..!
Ca vous dérange pas d'utiliser les empreintes de CB sans consentement!!!! A éviter.

Great experience. The two staff we interacted with were so helpful, kind and not at all what I expected for renting a car. The location is in the middle of nowhere but we were happy with the choice of picking up a car here regardless.
