Nous avons été accueillis par un vendeur totalement désagréable qui ne comprenait pas pourquoi ayant une bmw nous voulions changer pour une ford s max... Il nous a mis limite mal à l aise... heureusement que nous avons ensuite vu un autre vendeur qui lui a compris notre besoin d avoir un véhicule avec 3 vraies places a l arrière... Mais nous avons finalement acheté à leur concurrent bien plus agréable des le départ!

Very very bad: I was in an emergency with my boyfriend in Marseille: the car keys were stolen. When explained the problem to the head mechanics, he told us right away that the total cost for new keys and locks was 500 euros, without looking for any price or making any calculations. Luckily my father sent us the spare keys from italy. Once arrived at home, my Ford dealer asked 250 euros for the same work!!!!! this is the way you help people in need? thanks alot
