This hotel was a disappointment. Though rated 4/5 stars, through the government hotel rating system, Tonic felt like a 2.5-star hotel: very small rooms, no complimentary breakfast, and an air ventilation duct blocking the view from our window. The headboard of our bed had stains. Otherwise, the room was clean and the hotel nicely located. Notwithstanding, the basis of the 4-star rating most recently received in 2010 was not evident.

Very good and near the port, very convenient, but lobby ceiling has a water pipe leakage, all lobby became wet
