Somewhat inflexible on check-in and check-out times. Also, although the croissants bordered in the divine, there could have been more options at the breakfast buffet. Rooms were a little dingy and the hotel is clearly old and could use some updating.

Wish I could give this place no stars. Quite simply the worst hotel I've stayed in. Items left at concierge when I left the hotel have now gone missing and the hotel have no explanation. Check in is meant to be at 3 but had to wait till 4 to get room key after arriving at midday. Restaurant / room service is third world - please set away from the homemade mayonnaise if you don't want to get ill. Only redeeming feature was the mobile they had in the room for "free use" during stay but again staff not clear on what the charges are for this. Truly unpleasant experience

We stayed here for Valentine's day and the hotel room was great. We had a superior room. Front desk where always polite and courteous. The hotel is in a fantastic location for all the attentions.

Nice hotel with gym and moderate sized rooms. Limited room service, and good breakfast. Location is excellent.

We stayed here for 4 nights in two separate rooms.The hotel is on a street off Champs-Elysées, only a 1 minute walk and was close to many shops as well as the Arc de Triomphe. The check in was OK - within 5 mins. There was a calm atmosphere in the hotel with nice art and a good gym. The rooms were very comfortable but some were dated. But we quickly discovered that one of the rooms we were given had a missing shower door (room 116). We to let the staff know of the door and requested to be moved to another room. We were here told in a apologetic way to stay in the roim for the night because they didn't even have the superior room we booked available meaning we could not shower for a day. We moved rooms the next day however there was a problem with the door to the bathroom of one room. The hinges made a lot of noise when the door swung it gave off a loud eerie squeaking sound (recording added). We phoned for the maintenance man but no one turned up. The next morning, we went to report and were told the door would be fixed but again nothing was done. We had to give up and endure the annoying sound of the bathroom door for the next 2 nights. The service does not match that of a 4 star hotel, there is an issue with management. I won't use this hotel in the future!

Terrible Experience! Hotel advertises air conditioning, but we had none when we stayed in June. They room was so hot, we couldn't sleep, we were sweating the entire time we were in our room. The hotel wouldn't or couldn't fix it, and they wouldn't even offer any discount on the over 3,000 Euro we paid for 4 nights. The front desk really didn't care that air AC wasn't working. Would not stay here again! Also, the hotel is a few blocks from Champs Elysee, and you have to pass a couple of "gentlemen's clubs" on the way there - not great for kids!

The most fantastic thing about this hotel is the location - just off Champs! Has been refurbished with modern amenities. Meeting package and food reasonable.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon - the guy at the front desk upgraded us to an incredible suite downstairs. The room was beautiful, very comfortable. Throughout our stay, the staff was very nice to us. Also, the hotel itself is in an excellent location. I can't say enough great things about it - we would definitely stay here again, even without the much appreciated upgrade.
