Chambre très spartiate, mobilier très ancien et usé style années 50. Douche et WC qui laissent à désirer: douche très usée et semble sale. Chambre absolument pas insonorisée: j'ai entendu mes voisins de chambre rentrer de leur soirée et converser. Odeurs de cuisine qui remontent dans la chambre en fin de soirée. A se demander comment cet hotel ose encore arborer 2 étoiles ...

Very accommodateing for tourists. I found the staff very friendly and happy with the exception of the lady on serving breakfast.
I'd give the Hotel Du Lac a soild 9/10.

Situation de l'hôtel restaurant, très agréable, calme, face au lac et à côté du château, terrasse sympa, excellente cuisine et service à la hauteur

Ce dimanche de décembre le lac DE Combourg était noyé dans le brouillard
Mais le soleil était dans les assiettes. Une cuisine soignée,un cadre chaleureux et en plus le sourire
DU personnel. Encore un bon souvenir. A bientot.

Charming hotel in a picturesque location between the lake and chateaux. Hotel rooms interiors are dated.

The service is horrible, the interest director of hotel is only the money of client, she did not care the need of client !!! I forgot my thermometer (bluetooth) in the hotel, i have a lot of data in it. I need to show the data in this thermometer to the medecin in China BECAUSE I AM ILL. I really need it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have telephoned 3 times to ask her to send it to me by the post office and i will pay the money of delivery and i told her the date that i leave france for China. But she still sent the thermometer so late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not get my thermometer before i took my flight!!!!!!! She said that she had so much work. But she has several peoples work for her and the post office is only 300 m away from the hotel. And she has 3 weeks to send it to me and i got nothing finally!!!!!!!!!!!! She treats the client so badly, i am very disappointed. I passed 2 or 3 days each year for 3 years in her's hotel. She knows it and yet she found a lot of reasons not to send me the thermometer. She is a so bad woman!!! I really don't recommend this hotel !!!!!!
