Charmant couple souriant qui vous accueille, hôtel et chambre très propre !
Chambre familiale spacieuse.
Petit déjeuner buffet extraordinaire avec du sucré, du salé, du café cafetière et du jus d'orange fraîchement pressé. (Petit déj à 10€ - gratuit moins de 10ans).
Félicitations pour la gestion.
Si nous repassons sur cette route nous reviendrons !

In the meantime i sent 5 emails to Hotel du Val Vert, and they never replied, just kept ignoring my emails, and lying to Booking about being there for us. Terrible experience.

Accueil très sympathique, établissement très propre et super silencieux malgré les autoroute à proximité. Le petit déjeuner très bien

We complained to Booking, and the Hotel LIED to Booking saying they had waited for us until 2:30am and we did not show up!! I ended up sending call logs to Booking as proof that we indeed called the hotel and that we never reached them. The hotel was pitch dark.

We had a late booking driving en route to south of france. We notified the hotel we will be late va Booking. They havent reached out to us at all, we arrived at 2am and could not get inside, there was nobody at the hotel, only a machine for which you needed a 6 digit code, which neither booking nor this hotel provided us with. We tried calling two phone numbers for the hotel, neither worked (one was an automated machine, the other out of service). We emailed the hotel that we are outside and cannot get in. The hotel replied the following morning with just "Reception is closed at 2:30am".

All for a fair price

Très belle chambre (pour 4 personnes), excellent accueil, bon emplacement pour aller sur le circuit de l'Auxois, léger bémol pour le petit déjeuner.

So if you want good service and understandable staff who care about your situation and would not leave you stranded at 2am on the side of the road AVOID HOTEL DU VAL VERT.

Mon hôtel habituel sur le chemin des montagnes.
Bon accueil, entièrement rénové et chambre de 4 : le top !

Friendly staff. One of better hotels on the A6. Hotel is clean yet it is family and baby friendly. It is located in close proximity to local restaurants and A6 motorway.

All other hotels were booked, so at 4am after wasting 2 hours trying to reach anyone, we decided just to drive straight to Marseille (another 500km). And all we got from Val Vert was "Reception is closed at 2:30am".. this is the only piece of communication the Hotel ever had with us, after of course taking our money even though we did not sleep there.
