Accueil très déplorable et au bord de l'irrespect par le personnel d'accueil (dans notre cas une femme) de cet hôtel.
J'ai eu l'occasion de la voir traiter avec mépris et irrespect une clientèle âgée qui lui demandait un renseignement.

Lovely clean room. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice pool for a dip, handy bike hire and great restaurant. Good location for Arcachon and other beaches. But no tea/coffee making in room, so bring your own kettle!

The hotel situated in a beautiful place within a short drive from Dune of Pilat, but felt overpriced for what it offered.

L'hôtel a été refait et c'est vraiment réussi. J'ai trouvé le personnel charmant et serviable. On peut boire un pot ou un café jusqu'à très tard et fumer tranquillement dehors avec des tables. La réceptionniste est même venue m'aider à allumer la TV de ma chambre après minuit (et a réussi). Chambre propre et bien aménagée. Très bien organisé pour les personnes handicapées avec chambre idéale pour chaise roulante. Petit déjeuner très bien avec même de quoi se cuire des œufs. J'y retournerai !

Sinon, personnel d'étage parfait !
Chambre propre & agréable.
