This hotel does exactly what it promises, a good clean room, shower, and internet. It does a great job at all of those, the room albeit small is decorated compactly and neatly. The shower is a small rain shower which provide steady warm water, a thing most hotels still have an issue with. The internet runs at a great 70Mbits which is about 10 times faster than most hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful and doesn't hesitate to help you find a parking location. If you are deciding to stay in cognac on a budget and want a hotel that does exactly what a hotel needs to do then you should stay here.

Good service but the rooms are very small even for Europe. It was a little awkward to get into the shower and I'm only 160lb and 6 feet. Rooms were clean and the bed was okay.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral inmitten von Cognac. Das Zimmer war relativ klein für drei Personen. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend.

Incredible! I was shocked by how wonderful our stay at here was. Very inexpensive, excellent location, impeccably clean, very kind and accommodating staff. .. i could go on. Upon arrival, there were even little choux at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious! The gent at the reception really undersold it. I wish I had a reason to return to cognac, because this would be my first and only choice.

Very nice place. We were going to sleep here for one night, but then we found out that we had ordered on the wrong day. There was absolutely no problem about changing day, and the receptionist fixed it for us in no time. Beautiful backyard with many flowers. Clean and colourful rooms, with nice furniture.
