I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is near a grocery and near the lake where I did a morning jog.

I would recommend other places in Annecy that is a wonderful place

Deux nuits au Flamboyant, très calme (visite en fin janvier) donc agréable. Bon accueil à l'arrivée, un peu moins au moment de partir en nous disant que nous avions eu une grande chambre à tarif préférentiel mais que "la prochaine fois ça sera bien différent"...
Néanmoins la chambre était bien aménagée et confortable, une décoration qui change des hôtels standards, je recommande !

for dinner and lunch go to the Etage a restaurant downtown - great

don't take a bike with you ! you won't like the experience !

Très bon accueil et très belle chambre.
Petit moins pour le petit déjeuner entièrement "industriel" et le plateau repas un peu cher pour le contenu (industriel aussi).
Très contente de mon séjour

I went 3 times last year the hotel was just average no view, close to the roads, pretty old, the tenants and the personnel was not friendly at all, the breakfast was just ok; the room are clean : what you could expect in a 3 stars hotel

Great value for the money. Quick bike or drive to the lake and old town. Bit of a hike, but doable. Clean rooms, some with balconies. Friendly staff. Family friendly, too!

Chambre spacieuse mais un peu vieillotte. Travaux à proximité le 20 octobre avec réveil dès 7h00 à coups de marteaux ! Raté pour la grasse mat', pourrais être mieux isolé.
