Personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute, chambre propre, bruyante mais bon on est en plein centre ville donc normal. Par contre une chose que je ne comprends pas, moquette dans les parties communes très sales !!!!! Autrement rien à redire

my wife and i stayed in this hotel in 2 separate visits to biarritz within 2 weeks. the second time, we came back mostly for the restaurant La Ruelle. the food is excellent. every plate is superb, we had 3 dinners there. the hotel is ok too

Not clean. Overall bad service starting from the reception, she tried to charge us more when we already had the correct reservation paid months in advance.
