It was an over night stay & was adequate for this but I wouldn't like to stay here any longer. Functional & soulless. Food was ok but staff were not very good. Abrupt & unsmiling just about covers it.

Nice hotel. Not in the city centre but the bus is a quick and cheap alternative. Taking the car to the centre is an equally valid option as parkings are not very expensive. Fairly small and modest rooms. Exceedingly friendly and well mannered staff. Good quality food and exquisite desserts!

Hôtel vétuste literie horrible mal de dos au réveil assuré. .heureusement le personnel est au top le resto très bon le bar très sympa et le petit de J copieux et très bon mais pour un hôtel mercure l état des chambres vétuste et inconfortable est une honte....

When we arrived we were told restaurant would not be open, due to a tour company being there. We were advised to have a meal on ferry crossing to France. When we arrived at hotel the restaurant was busy with tourists. Strange thing is they were on a coach trip from same company as we were on, Leger. Bad communications somewhere. Rooms basic and comfortable. Carpets need refurbishing in corridors. Breakfast okay. Plenty of choice but I would suggest avoiding the bacon and scrambled eggs. Biggest tip is to buy bottles of wine, or whatever you drink, and drink it in your hotel room. I was charged €19 for a lager and a bottle of coke and a Bacardi. Biggest rip off I have ever had.

Room was clean and spacious with tea making facilities if you needed a cuppa! Bed was comfortable and spacious with squashy pillows . Bar was small but unfortunately prices were extortionate! 19 euros for a pint of lager and a Bacardi and coke. Hotel situated in an industrial type estate and no other places to go, hence charge what they like. Breakfast was varied and okay.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeker in de bar. Iets gevraagd wat niet op kaart stond en ze hebben de moeite gedaan om iets te regelen. Zeer Lekker eten en uitgebreid ontbijt met eitjes. De kamer die wij hadden ( 3 personen ) was basic maar zeker in orde. Een aanrader en voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar.

Came in for a takeaway pizza as our hotel restaurant was closed.
Excellent service from all the staff. We stayed for drinks and desserts as well !
