Great small hotel, we got a big room on the top floor, so the accommodations was good. The breakfast has not the best selection of various food. Still recommended because of the location, it is quite and not expensive.

I have no idea how this is a 4 star hotel. Small rooms, with two separate beds pushed together to make a twin. The only elevator is only big enough for 1 person and their suitcase. The bathroom amenities are not at a 4 star level. The wifi was complete garbage and would go between working/not working. The only redeeming qualities for this hotel is that it's clean and a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Otherwise it's not worth the amount of money you're paying to supposedly stay in a 4 star hotel.

The location of hotel is very good. Rooms are nice and clean, very comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast could be better, but it's typical

Decent sized and well decorated rooms with friendly staff. Close to most tourist attractions. Definitely a good choice in Paris.

Nice hotel but seemed expensive given the location and a relatively small room. Also, checkout seemed slower than you would expect. Staff were pleasant and the room was reasonably clean, although there were hairs in the sink. Water pressure in the shower wasn't spectacular.

Perfectly located in paris close to metro stations, eiffel tower, and great restaurants like la coïncidance. Includes a parisian breakfast which is a wonderful way to start the day. Rooms are nice but lack power outlets by the beds which makes it hard to use your devices while charging them. All in all a wonderful hotel

I stayed in a solo room which although small by North American standards was sufficient for my needs. The staff are very friendly some speak English as well. Breakfast is great in the morning love the boiled eggs and the little egg cups bring back memories as a kid growing up!

I had a very bad recently expierence with the Customer Service of Victor Hugo Paris Kebler Hotel regarding a book. I made a mistake managing a book on 16 Febr, because I need to go to Paris on 16-18 March 2017 to a meeting. I booked on 16 Febr in Madrid at 19.30 hours, but I made a mistake in the data, and I realized after. But I don`t think is logical to make a book on 16 Febr in Madrid at 19.30 hours to go to Paris the same day.
The Hotel considered it as a Non show and I undestand that legally maybe I must accept the loss of money, but it isn't very elegant, isn't ? In fact, I consider it a very bad ethical practice with customers.
