Just after paying a Walkie-Talkie at the cashier we noticed the price difference (20% more than the shelf price) and warned the cashier who refused to do anything. We then called the store manager who also refused to return it or refund due to the store 'policy'. Even showing them the wrong price tag at the shelf. They couldn't argue back with the facts but still didn't accept return or refunded the money. Very very unpleasant situation. 100% store mistake.
There are plenty of toy stores options in the area. I would never recommend or go back to this JouéClub.
