Nous sommes allé au restaurant. Celui-ci est très cher et les plats sont relativement banals.
J'y ai pris un filet de Saint Pierre sur lit de poireaux. Je l'ai trouvé est mal équilibré, les poireaux couvraient totalement le goût du poisson. Je déconseille.

This place was an amazing find. It is a hotel at the top of a medieval town with stunning views across St Tropez and surrounding areas. The food is amazing, good service, very chilled atmosphere. Not fast, but actually this is no bad thing if you just want to go and have a relaxing meal. It is quite expensive but was one of the highlights of our trip to the area.
