Très incompétent. Je viens d'appeler on me dit de patienter et - j'en étais sûre - ça a raccroché parce qu'il était 12 h 00. Et ça encore c'est qu'une chose.
Pas du tout le sens du service client.
Je suis en train d'en changer, je vous conseille de faire de même.

It has been over a year and I still havent got my 600 Euro back... They told me that they sent it in Desember, i never got it, now they tell me my bank is closed. I still havent got my money. They don´t speak english and they have zero competense. I cant belive they operate, only one staff member is doing her job. She answers the pone and put you on hold.......
Never ever use this bank!

If you are a student and just moved to Grenoble, I would suggest you to go to another bank. After they have your account, they won't be able to help you, will try to charge for everything even if you are a student. They are constantly changing personnel and they are not competent at all.
