Restaurant devoted to Monet tourism. So not too refined, but nice enough. Terrace is a bit cramped but surrounded by lovely flowerbeds. And they serve a great tarte tatin.

Love this restaurant - great setting. Yes, service is slow but we Americans need to relax and enjoy. The salmon plate presentation in the shape of a poppy is amazing.

Unfortunately, I fell for this tourist trap as the restaurant is located a few feet away from Monet's house and gardens. Even though the restaurant is owned by the same foundation, I do say tourist trap because I had an awful experience. The amateur food could not make up for the awful service of unnecessary waiting and waiting. I had to wait a long time just for the menu (during which I should have just left like the people sitting at a table next to mine). Then the limonade I ordered was brought in a dirty glass with the waiter's fingerprints, and I was never brought bread like the French family sitting a few feet away. When I asked for the check, it took forever. Then I had to wait again for the change. I'm just glad the rest of my day was free, otherwise, if I had a train to catch or another attraction to see, this restaurant would have ruined my trip.

Très bon service repas de bonne qualité dans un cadre très joli qui fait monter le prix !!!
