Superb establishment, run by Monsieur and Madame Dubreucq.
Half board covers buffet breakfast, and the evening 'inspiration of the day' three course meal, at a very reasonable rate.
Bollezeele is close to Dunkirk and Calais and is popular with a maturer Brit travelling through, or just for a short break.
It has disability features that includes parking area, and access to hotel, as well as a lift to all floors.
Staff are courteous, and caring. The service is impeccable, and professional. Any concerns are met quickly, and with a smile.
With lots to see and do, the Hostellerie Saint Louis is an excellent place to base your holiday.

Attended a family event, excellent service, attentive staff. We had a special menu for the event, the food was equally as good. We have not used the rooms, so i can not comment on that part. I will definitely recommend this place

Always a warm welcome from everybody there. Great food and affordable rooms. Been going for years and love it every time. One for the foodies.

Have stayed several times at St Louis with and without family
Reflects proximitie to St Omer one of the best places to eat in N France
Remote but near Calais in canal Pays Bas countryside in a village more Belge than French where the locals queue at the Boulangerie daily as if on war footing.
The cafe in the square is local France at its best
St Louis is managed minutely by the owners and one is Chef
The food is Michelin without fuss and must be best value in France
I prefer the individualised rooms in the older part of the hotel to modern brutal concrete style in chain hotels excellent value as these are across France
Service is professional - attentive without being overpowering- in the sense that everything is made to look easy
I am trying to find fault to make this review`sound plausible
The parking is sauf if not garde
Oh yes and many guests are English though regulars rather than casual tourists
Locals congregate to eat there-what more can I say?

Amazing!!!! Really friendly staff. Delicious foods!! Also, there are really big spacious rooms. However some of the smaller rooms don't have sick a nice view.
