I hate the fact that there are no other Mercedes dealers (not owned by these people) within 25 kilometres and that you more or less have to get your car serviced there. On the service side I sensed a marginal improvement in friendliness, but my car was still returned grubby and only hastily cleaned. The Polish guys in my street in London do better for £6. On the sales side they are the pits. They don't return calls and refused to even discuss buying in my low mileage 4 year old C350 CDI - we don't buy in cars. So where do the second hand cars on their forecourt come from? I hate dealing with these unfriendly people.

Super Garage. Techniciens très compétents, ils m'ont trouvé la panne très rapidement. Accueil vraiment chaleureux, croissants offerts le matin.
