Je me suis présenté au magasin en vue d'acquérir un fauteuil roulant manuel. L'accueil a été exécrable et la vendeuse manque clairement de sérieux. Non, Madame, on ne vend pas des fauteuils roulants comme des téléphones portables.
Contrairement à ce qui m'a été dit chez Occitania Matériel Médical, on peut choisir les caractéristiques de son fauteuil roulant. Les ergothérapeutes connaissent bien leur métier et les besoins des patients, c'est au marché de s'adapter; ce que font vos concurrents vers qui je me suis tourné face à votre incompétence. Je ne recommande bien évidemment pas ce fournisseur.
