One of the worst experiences in a hotel during my life. The rooms are dark and in general in very bad shape; the service is a disaster. Think twice before go there.

We had the worst experience in this Hotel during our recent Europe trip with our family. We had booked the room for 4 adults and paid in advance and it was confirmed but we were given a small room with one queen size bed One of the staff members dropped 2 extra folding beds and told us to set up by yourself with no blankets and extra towels. The staff refused to give any kind of compensation in lieu of our inconvenience.

The place is expensive, cold and dark. Hopefully your room would smell better :-) But... It's close to airport and staff is nice and helpful.

Worst experience ever. 90F outside and they have posted the sign when you check in that they are working on repair of air conditioning systems for the rooms. The first room they sent me was like walking into a sauna. No AC, humid hot room, second room they give us after little complaining was slightly better but with very weak aircon, only two bath towel in the bathroom, no amenities, no hand towels or floor mat. A floor was faded, the bed had a long hair from ? Top it off with no coffee maker.

Not a bad place but not the best either. I have to say the furniture (sofa) in our suite was old, outdated and uncomfortable. Plus we had everything for tea, but NO electric kettle?? WTF
The bathroom could use some much needed maintenance, the mold on the caulk is clearly visible.

This place is a disaster so outrageous that it would be funny if our one night there wasn't so awful. It would be easier to enumerate the things that WEREN'T wrong with this hotel. Broken doors, burned out and broken lights, non functioning electrical outlets and working ones with no covers on them... The pillows on the beds had no pillow cases. They could give you this room for free and it still wouldn't be worth it. Abandon all hope, ye who reserve here...
