Très mauvaise expérience dans ce pressing où ma chemise blanche m'est rendue avec le col sale et où le personnel refuse de reconnaître le problème, se montre à la limite de l'incorrection. Finalement, un passage en machine suffit à régler le problème : à quoi bon faire appel à un service aussi défaillant ?

2 costumés déposés: tâches restantes, repassage nul... J'ai pu les redéposer dans un autre pressing directement après... Seuls points positifs, l'accueil correct et les délais tenus !

I gave them a brand new trenchcoat from Sandro (not a cheap one) with a chocolate stain on it. The stain is gone alright but the buckle of the belt is ruined and the shoulders are all frayed (see photos). Although they denied it, they must have put it directly in the washing machine. I could have done that myself at home and it wouldn't have cost me 11€. And, as if it wasn't enough, I didn't get anything to make up for it, not even an apology. I won't go there anymore, that's for sure...

Super pressing, ils ont sauvés mon costume en mauvais état suite à un mariage bien arrosé!
