I really liked having some dessert at this cafe, as this place offered a wide variety of pastries, all of different flavors. I was fascinated by how well all of the pastries were crafted and decorated, as well as how beautifully the interior of the cafe was designed. I had such a difficult time trying to choose a pastry to eat since there were so many on display! Trying some of them, I found them amazing. They had the perfect texture as well as a lot of flavor, and were beautifully decorated and designed. I applaud the chefs who made such tasty artwork! The fillings of the pastries that I tried were also the perfect texture and were sweet, but not too sweet. All of the flavors of these delicious pastries that I tried were amazing, and I could not choose one to declare my favorite. When visiting Paris, trying one of the pastries here should be on the top of anyone’s list!

One of the historic Paris pastry shops. It allows you to travel in time with the ancient fine decorations and the many pastries surrounding you are an invitation to buy the entire shop. Unfortunately, I tried the eclair au chocolat and I did not like it as it was not soft and fragrant, maybe I was unlucky. Also, I found the price too high (4.5 euro for one eclair).

One of my favourite patisseries in the city - it's situated in the heart of Montorgueil and is (I believe) the oldest patisserie in Paris. They are open 7 days a week and early in the morning at 07:30 so it's a great place to stop by to pick up some freshly baked pastries and/or bread for breakfast before work. They are most famous for their Eclaire. My personal favourite is there croissants, one of the best in the city in my opinion - buttery and flaky on the outside and soft/chewy on the inside. They also offer quiche and sandwiches. The staff is also friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend it if you are in the area.
