Excellent beds and pillows. Soundproof rooms. Very cosy, many lights. Bathroom and separate toilet feel like a camper: plastic walls and floor. Parking nearby. Friendly personnel. Little food store in the lounge. Expensive bar. 4,50€ for 50cl cola.

Great place for a short stay. Getting to it is a tad tricky but that is due to the new road system. Clean, spacious and fit for families.

Does everything it needs to do. Clean room, decent size. OK price. Near a big mall and super-easy access to the train.

Very modern and we'll designed rooms. Functional and simple. Nice little touches. Ot really a romantic place however great for families.

This was a great place to stay with our kids. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet. Only issue was the room was too hot! Breakfast was a bit of a let down compared to other continental breakfasts, but still good. Staff was great and cleanliness was also great!

Really like this hotel. Lovely spacious accessible room. Walk in shower has seat & is a good size. Room has little kitchen area and includes microwave which is very handy. Also has kettle, a small sink & fridge. Only down point to the room is there's no alarm in the bathroom for a person with a disability. Location of the hotel is fantastic as it's directly opposite the Eurostar station & 10-15 mins walk to the town centre. Hotel is on a busy main road but it didn't affect my ability to sleep. Staff are friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone including people with disabilities.

Rooms were spacious and clean, however, they did not change our bedding between days when they were clearly dirty.

From my perspective EVERYTHING's fine in this hotel. Clean, very friendly, calm, well organised.
I would prefer a gym more elaborated then that.
Snacks bar open all night.
A young black guy at the reception is very kind, smiling and helpful. Very nice.
