Well-stocked, good choice of products, long opening hours. Downside: not enough tills for peak times, closed all day Sunday, car park awkward to get in and out of.

Super U is great to stop by if you're travelling by train (located right by the train station), and a five min walk from the bus stop. It got a huge selection of groceries, lots of fresh fruits, meats and pastries. And a bunch of cheap, local wine! Friendly staff, and most of them seem to speak english. Its possible/required to leave your bags and luggage at a dedicated counter at the entrance. The Beaulieu beach and harbor nearby are nice and quiet, and are in walking distance if the supermarket.

Good service for us with Amazon deliveries. Staff could be a little happier but the system works so that is the main thing

Found this place thru Google map 5 mins away from Villefranche-sur-Mer. You can get everything here. Just beware about their parking policy, I parked in their underground parking for 3hrs however we went out for lunch opposite the supermarket therefore they charge us 2 hrs parking fees for whomping €20 (free 1hr) even though we have spend €190 on our groceries.

It follows the Super U layout of wide aisles, bright interior lighting and properly staffed checkouts. With the broad range of fresh produce, drinks section and household necessities.
The location here is very good because it is adjacent to the train and bus stations, and all of this is near the town centre. Underground parking is available. There is limited parking outside.
During tourist high season this is a busy store.
Note that customers' backpacks must be checked in at the main door.
Take your time to carefully check every item on your receipt is in your basket and in good order before you exit the store and before signing off on home deliveries. A request to correct an honest mistake but in their favour after this time will be dismissed.
