Mis à part un petit soucis pour un RDV, j'ai demandé un intervention sur un défaut dune fenêtre posée il y a 7 ans.
Un technicien est passé voir ce qu'il y avait à faire, moins d'une semaine après il a déposé et remis une pièce de l'habillage extérieur de la fenêtre en quelques minutes et à titre gracieux.
C'est très agréable et rare de voir ce genre de réactivité de nos jours ...
