We were given the full treatment from start to finish, highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to spoil themselves or just fancies eating some food the way it should be cooked and presented for a change. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant and in my humble opinion it is one of the best restaurant experiences we have had during our lives. Even if you only do it once, you will not regret it. Thanks again to all of the staff for a truly wonderful evening.

Stayed here last summer. The hotel is in a lovely setting but is ridiculously overpriced and remarkably tacky - there are pictures of the owner throughout the hotel. Design and decor is in surprisingly bad taste - plastic plants on the wall. The garden in the back has a beautiful view but looks like a mini-golf. Attracts a crowd that's happy to spend a lot of money but really should know better. Am surprised by all the positive reviews. I have to say the food was very good but was also absurdly priced. We were relieved to depart. La Mirande in Avignon, by comparison, was so much more pleasant.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for 2 nights this Valentines Day. I've travelled a lot and must say this is one of the best hotels for service and ambiance I've ever been too. Had the pleasure of eating at the 2 Michel star resto on the 14th, what a gastronomic experience it was.
The whole team at the hotel go out of their way to help you.
It's not cheap but why would you expect cheap for something like this. 10/10

Excellent culinary experience. The combination of incredible food looking over crystal blue waters with the Alps behind is an experience that cannot be replicated. Service was superb especially Fannye who was very charming, knowledgeable, and attentive.
