The staff greeting was nice & the room was decent. On 1st arrival the room smelt of smoke even though it was meant to be nonsmoking. They offered to change rooms but the other room was smaller & also smelled. The next day a gentleman came & aired our room which made it much better. We stayed for 3 nights, the room doesn't get cleaned & the towels do not get changed for stays between 1-3 nights even though it is clearly advertised on the bathroom mirrors & in the book left in hotel rooms. You have to pay €5 for towels to be changed but that is only for 1 person. When new towels are given the old dirty ones are not taken away. When we asked the concierge about this he said it was an old booklet & they don't offer a free cleaning service any longer. It is definitely a place that you pay for what you get. Wouldn't stay again

Room was good with all facilities. Only thing is the quality of sofa bed could be better as it was not very comfort to sleep.

Decent sized rooms and affordable secure parking. Close to Gabriel Peri on Metro line 13. All rooms include a kitchen and there's a Casino supermarket across the street. Staff will let you print e-tickets etc. for free.

Good budget aparthotel. If you like cooking is a good deal too. Just an advice, thay don't have cleaning service every day, just once a week.
It's far from the city center, but 10 minutes walking from a metro station. And metro is easy in Paris, just take a look in the time table.
Nearby (on the way from the metro station to the hotel) there is a Casino Supermarket, a simple boulangerie and a frozen food market. And on the opposite side there are some mini markets which stay opening until late.
