I had an appointment recently at this embassy. The officer came to speak to me was very rude. Without any reason he started to angry on me. He is an old man. If he has any blood pressure problem, let him in house. The appointment address given was a wrong address. By phone and by email they gave wrong information. I lost lot of money too. I am not a rich person. I have proof to file a complaint against them. But I am not doing this. After getting lot of bad reviews also they wont change. Shame on you.
They do not give reply for emails after one month also. Too bad institution.
They do not provide English as a language option for the phone callers.

Très déçu de votre communication,je prend un jour de congé pour refaire ma carte d'identité et avant ca je me suis bien renseigné sur votre site que vous êtes ouvert le lundi 26 et a ma surprise vous êtes fermé et même pas une affiche sur la porte qui indique la fermeture. Il va falloir mieux vous organiser pour la prochaine fois.

Some of the worker are particularly kind and helpful but sadly the opposite is the case for most of them.

Information on the website is outdated. It would save a lot of time and energy if the information is updated!
I had to run to Paris two times because of insufficient information on thé website.

The embassy doesn't answer their phones. Instead they make all callers listen through a very long information message. This is not customer service. The purpose of this is to discourage people from asking questions. I feel bad for Belgian citizens who are paying for such a failing institution.

Accueil téléphonique totalement déficient impossible de joindre quiconque. Après 5 min d'attente l 'appel est purement et simplement coupé. Soigner l'image de la Belgique commence par un accueil téléphonique performant. Plusieurs utilisateurs se plaignent du même problème. Essais multiples réalisés ce 9/11/2016 de 14h a 17h.
