Very pleased with the hotel and the staff. Since I'm used to the larger hotel rooms of the U.S., I was a bit surprised initially at the size of the room, but I got used to it quickly. They did a great job organizing everything in the room, and it was very comfortable. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Paris.

Clean, silent and comfortable room. Excellent location close to metro. Top quality bakery called Lorette is just nearby.

Room is modern. Location is pretty good, close to everything. Price quality is pretty good. Did not want to give a 2nd card. Overall pretty good

Great space, the shower is spacious as well for paris. I tried the ibis hotel just behind and this best west western is nicer. The only thibg i didnt like is that i out the sign do not disturb and they still came in to clean. They probably didnt pay attention but still that was annoying. I would still stay there again.

Was satisfactory, it had everything we needed. Silent. No bad points.

My major complaint about this hotel is if you put up the "do not disturb" sign, they will still knock, and try to enter the room to clean.
