Relaxed campsite, generous pitches, good clean facilities and oodles of hot water ... a real bonus. The staff are friendly and when we had a problem with a breakdown we were looked after exceptionally well. Anyone looking for a break on the Loire should visit this super site - good for young children too with play facilities and covered pool ... and lovely community park just outside the campsite. If you like friendly, relaxed camping come to Port du Caroline.

Friendly people looking after site. Great for walking and cycling. Swimming pool very clean. Village close by with supermarket. Buses to various locations. Been three times and hope to make it a fourth this year. Down side are toilets and showers could be better but not too bad.

Lovely campsite, large emplacements, the people who run the site are so nice and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant swimming pool, good position for supermarkets and for visiting all different sites in the local area. Will visit again.

Camping très calme situé à la campagne, idéal pour les familles recherchant calme et tranquillité. Proche de nombreux sites touristiques, de très belles ballades en vélo à faire même avec des enfants. Le personnel ainsi que les gérants sont sympathiques, disponibles, et vigilants.
Pour ma part nous y avons passés de très bonnes vacances, je le recommande.

Friendly site, with helpful,cheerful management. The individual pitches are enormous, and facilities are up to date. One of our best stops.

Prima (overnachtings-)camping, de dame bij de receptie is vriendelijk. Plaatsen erg ruim en er is een afscheiding. Brood voor de volgende dag is te bestellen bij de receptie. Er is een snackbar en zij regelen ook wel eens menu-tjes die te bestellen zijn. Er staan/zijn veel Nederlanders. De camping ligt 17 km van het prachtige stadje Angers, een aanrader om te bezoeken. Een minpuntje de toiletgebouwen, deze zijn best schoon, maar zwaar verouderd. De toiletten loop je gelijk vanaf de buitenkant binnen wat het geheel nog meer versombert. Als er modernere toiletgebouwen waren geweest hadden we er waarschijnlijk nog wat nachtjes aan vastgeplakt.

Camping magnifique aux propriétaires pas du tout agréables..! On rigole pas au camping du port Caroline...dommage car l'endroit pourrait être magique..!
