If I could give this more stars I would. I went to Paris with my sister and was told I had to stop in here. I believe that going into Cire Trudon catapulted my love for candles. I ended up buying the Ernesto candle, which I use infrequently in hopes to make it last. What a beautiful store with staff who are incredibly helpful.

Founded in 1643, Maison de CireT rudon was the candle provider of the royal court of Louis XIV, as well as most of the great churches of France. Trudon continued its work particularly through the making of traditional candles and vegetal perfumed candles for the greatest names. It is now the oldest and most prestigious wax manufacturer in the world.

This store is unique. I went there just like that because my friend told me about it. I`ve never seen so many and different candles. I was very excited to read their history. I strongly recommend this place to people who love history and arts.

Wonderful store in Paris! Definitely a landmark and a must visit place while in Paris. Entering the store is like setting foot in a time machine not to mention the amazing products, probably the best candles in the world!
