The costs are reasonable but considering the food did not WOH us it was hard to swallow.

The staff were nice and I had no complaints over their service in general and were always trying, but lacked the finer attention to detail of which would not have taken much to put right.

Great location and ambiance. The charcuterie board was phenomenal and they were very accommodating for English speakers. My steak was cooked perfectly and the drinks were delicious.

The staff were all welcoming, albeit I felt bad for wanting a particular table which was not the section the waiter who had welcomed me was working. We were still in good hands. Chomba can speak good French, so where English failed us in describing the dishes, there was a reliable Plan B. She had the Sea Bass, I had the Paillard Chicken and we all tucked in to Maya's charcuterie and cheese platter. Sitting there, watching people go by (on the street), as we sipped on our wine and savoured the flavours from the Café de Paris kitchen was a heart warming start to the holiday...

Food was pretty good but ultimately this is a tourist trap. They charged me 6 euro for water (same price as the glass of wine). They also asked me if I wanted to pay tip with my card.

Very traditional looking Paris Cafe with friendly staff and excellent surroundings, we felt we had found somewhere we could enjoy the food in Paris which is very hard.

Atmosphere was good and people around seems to enjoying. Unfortunately food quality, especially comparing to price, were not good enough. Also some foods were runned out. Nice place for cup of coffee or glass of wine, but not for dinner.

Most horrible experience! A male server (unsure if he's the manager or normal employee) spoke to us in a brutal manner. We asked for normal water and he responded in an awfull way. After asking for vegetarian options, he was least interested to serve us. After one point we requested him to be polite otherwise we would leave. His answer "leave if you want to, I don't care". As we left, he hept walking after us and got aggressive with my partner and right on his face to say "c'mon be aggressive with me". And targeted a specific community saying "you guys are all the same". My partner and I were absolutely shocked with the abusive and intimidating experience we had with this employee and the restaurant. The rest of the 2 girls weren't too friendly either.
