Good shop for bikes. Unfortunately they miss some important accessories.

After the "maintenance" there is no more rattling, but gears are completely useless - as long as I ride on anything other than highest gear, transmission will frequently jump between lower and higher gears, making it effectively unusable. It is a shame I've learned it week after the repairs, during mountain biking.

I disregarded the plethora of negative reviews, as most of them bashed the friendliness of employees and I really couldn't care less about this. I left my bicycle for routine maintenance, with emphasis on setting the rear brake (or possibly bleeding it) as it wasn't braking with enough force. Front brake and transmission were working perfectly, maybe except some occasional chain rattling.

I have bought two bicycles from the shop (the last one electric). I have had many changes of tires and one change of the gearing and all went perfect. The two (sometimes three) young persons are the technical people and the two older persons (the owners I suppose) are only handling bills and the all the background work.

Terrible place with very expensive products and limited choice. The staff is not polite, rude and highly unpleasant. They want you to buy first before providing any type of advice. Unbelievable! We decided to walk out without wasting our precious time and we ended up spending our money elsewhere. Avoid this place at all cost. Spend your money where you will be treated with respect, nice professionalism and courteous staff!!!
